 Engineering Center:

Toolings are all made by Kangda，development cycle could be 28 days.

 Automatic die-casting workshop:

Advanced die-casting machines(150T~400T) with robotic arms, ensuring the capacity and quality of products.                        
Kangda has years of die-casting production experience, die-casting process is really mature.

10 CNC machines to promise high accuracy requirements

 Automatic Polishing Workshop:

Advanced polishing machine, ensuring the high effeciency and quality.

 Powder coating Line: 

Powder coating line was set up in 2021, had gone for mass production.                                      
Using automatic pre-treatment line，manual powder spraying，baking-curing process, total production capacity could reach 2 million pcs/year.

Invested CMM machine，SO2 test machine, AASS test machine .
